This page explains how to report technical problems affecting circled.club.
Use this path if you encounter:
- Bugs or broken functionality
- Errors after updates
- Display or layout issues
- Performance or accessibility problems
- Module or feature malfunctions
Where to report issues
All technical issues should be reported in the dedicated circle:
How to report effectively
When posting a bug report, please include:
- What happened
- Where it happened (page, space, circle, or feature)
- What you expected to happen
- Device, browser, or system (if relevant)
Clear reports help us diagnose and resolve issues faster.
What happens after reporting
- Reports are reviewed by the platform team
- Issues are logged and prioritised internally
- Not every report receives a public reply
- Fixes may be released silently as part of ongoing maintenance
What this is not for
Please do not use bug reports for:
- Feature requests
- General questions
- Opinions or discussions
Those belong in relevant Spaces, Circles, or collaboration areas.
