• Where it happened (page, space, circle, or feature)
• What you expected to happen
• Device, browser, or system (if relevant)

Clear and structured reports help the platform team investigate efficiently.

What happens after reporting

• Reports are reviewed by the platform team
• Issues are logged and prioritised internally
• Not every report receives a public reply
• Fixes may be released silently as part of maintenance updates
