No Self-Nomination Without Transparency

Self-nominations are allowed only if clearly marked as such. Hidden self-promotion is prohibited.

Affiliates, Funnels, or Promotional Schemes

circled.club does not sell ads or accept paid placements. However, official affiliate links may be included only when:

• They are added by Admin / Moderator / Team on behalf of the community.
• Earnings support platform development or community initiatives.
• They provide meaningful benefit (discounts, extended trials, learning tools).
• They are transparently disclosed as “community-affiliate links.”

Personal affiliate links, covert promotional funnels, or financially motivated spam are not allowed.

Nominee Requirements

Nominees must provide meaningful value — such as expertise, creativity, innovation, community benefit, or a positive impact.

Review Integrity

No bots, fake accounts, coordinated voting, or manipulation of ratings.

Suspicious patterns may lead to removal or restrictions.

Respectful Conduct

Nominations must be written in a respectful tone. Personal attacks or defamatory language are not allowed.

Moderation Rights

circled.club may archive, adjust visibility, or remove any nomination that violates the rules or does not fit the purpose of the space.
