The Collaboration space is where work happens.
Collaboration is not about status.
It is about responsibility, continuity, and trust.
This space exists to turn ideas, needs, and intentions into shared action — before they become Impact.
Here, members form core teams, define scope, test structures, and coordinate real execution — without pressure, noise, or performative engagement.
This is not a general discussion space.
It is a doing space.
Typical activities here
- Forming and onboarding project core teams
- Defining goals, roles, and contribution paths
- Running research, planning, and development work
- Coordinating moderation, content, and operations
- Preparing initiatives to graduate into Circled Impact once they are stable and producing results
