Phase I of circled.club is now complete.

This first phase focused on building the structural and conceptual foundation of the circled ecosystem — not growth, not reach, and not scale.

What Phase I established

During Phase I, we focused on:

• Defining the core structure of Spaces, Circles, and Projects
• Establishing the distinction between social interaction and collaboration
• Creating Domain Communities and Local Communities as contextual layers
• Setting clear roles for organisations, initiatives, and stewardship
• Preparing the technical and governance groundwork for long-term continuity

Phase I was about getting the architecture right before inviting momentum.

Where Phase I lives

The work and outcomes of Phase I are documented and archived in Circled Impact, where completed and foundational initiatives are made visible for reference and accountability.

This allows future phases to build on clarity — not assumptions.

What comes next

Phase II is now active and will focus on:

• Content and structure development across Domains and Local Communities
• Expert, contributor, and volunteer engagement
• Capital, resource, and infrastructure sustainability
• Ongoing maintenance, refinement, and team expansion

Phase II activity and updates will primarily take place within the community.
