Phase I — Closing & Transition
Phase I of circled.club is now entering its final stage.
This moment is not about launch announcements or growth signals.
It is about closing a foundational chapter properly before moving forward.
Over the coming period, Phase I will be formally wrapped up by:
- Finalising documentation and structural references
- Consolidating learnings from setup, testing, and early use
- Freezing core structural decisions that Phase II will build upon
- Clearly separating foundational work from future development
This ensures that Phase II starts from a clear, stable baseline — not from unresolved assumptions.
What this means in practice
- Phase I projects remain visible as reference and context
- No new structural changes will be introduced under Phase I
- Remaining adjustments are limited to clarification and cleanup
- Attention gradually shifts toward Phase II initiatives
Phase I becomes closed for development, but open for learning.
How this prepares Phase II
Phase II will not replace Phase I — it will stand on it.
By closing Phase I intentionally, we:
- Avoid carrying structural ambiguity forward
- Protect contributors’ work and decisions
- Create a shared understanding of “what is fixed” and “what is open”
- Enable collaboration to focus on growth, not repair
