Preparing for Phase II

With Phase I reaching completion, we are beginning preparations for Phase II of the circled.club project.

The focus now shifts from stabilising structure to growing with care.

Over the coming days, members will be invited to:

• Join focused community discussions
• Contribute perspectives and experience
• Take part in shaping the roadmap ahead

Phase II will be developed collaboratively — not as a fixed plan, but as a shared process.

We believe that meaningful platforms are not expanded through speed, but through thoughtful participation.
